Very nice condo with perfect location.

Nice condo,very quite and peaceful.5 Minutes walk to the Main road.Also very close to MAYA shopping mall.
We lived in 2 apts here over 5 weeks. They were both very lovely and pretty well set up, tho they vary a fair bit (e.g. one had barely any kitchenware but had washing machine and lovely view, the other was fully stocked but no washer, fewer closets, no view). Super conveniently located, plenty within walking distance. Fairly empty building. We were overall very happy here. Good to know: The staff speaks very little English. They were good about fixing things until the internet went out for a week. They kept saying “fix tomorrow” everyday. The internet isn’t good to start with - slow and you have to login 10 times a day. In the 2nd apt they didn’t prepare for our check in, so water and electric were off. We got it running and didn’t know the fridge and water heater were also unplugged so our food spoiled and we were taking cold showers til we realized. Go for a higher floor. The bar noise can be loud at night. Decent insulation against the airplane noise if you close all windows tightly. Has a gym - but it’s pretty bare. Pool doesn’t get any sunlight, but it seems cozy and quiet.
Almost empty building. Horrible flight noise and disco next door is incredibly loud. Don't rent on this side of Nimman road. Go east.
My favourite condo building in Chiang Mai. Quiet, well insulated, great pool, large balconies, and all the units are large. Less happening than Liv@Nimman but more bang for buck. Better than the Astra, which is small units and a very busy, less quiet building (in a less good location).
50 feet away from infinity disco. Loud music till 3am 7 days a week. Directly under the take off route from airport. No employee speaks any english.
