Great salesperson (Bell ) she speaks very good English too.. Willing to accommodate the customer at the dealership ! We're buying a brand new Revo pickup truck here because of the great way we were treated... There's a Toyota dealership less then a mile from us too..lol

Ordered a replacement key for a Fortuner. After a number of phone calls, one of which we were transferred to another person at least 7 times before somebody suggested that they should ring back. Finally told to come in at 1pm (but better if we arrive at 12:45). Was then told that they required the vehicle for 2 hours reason - the key had to be cut?????? 2.5 hours later the vehicle was finally returned. A further 15 minutes to process the paper work. Then the cashier tried to overcharge us by failing to take into account the 1000 baht deposit previously paid. Will NEVER return. Absolutely HOPELESS.
