Nancy! I took your cooking class in 2016, and have been using your cook book frequently, but i lost it. Is there a way to contact you to maybe get a digital copy?

My family loved Nancy and her class! Myself and my 2 children had a great morning with her and our food was incredibly delicious. She is a great cook who is very kind, knowledgeable and speaks great English! Her driver picked us up right on time and took us to a market to meet Nancy. She explained many fruits, vegetables and herbs to us and then let us explore the market on our own for 10-15 min. Then the driver took us from the market to her cooking home where we picked out our food dishes. We loved all 8 of our menu items and had such fun making and eating them! Totally recommend this to others. My children are 5 & 7 and they had a blast...but they do love cooking and Thai food so it was a good fit for them. Nancy was very sweet and helpful to them. If this is something your kids would enjoy I’d consider bring them here for sure!

Amazing experience, we would definitely do it again! Took the full day class, booked through our hotel. Nancy, the owner, is an extremely nice and friendly person and she actually tells many jokes during the class, making it fun and dynamic! By the way, you literally cook in her home and you get to chat with her in a relaxed environment, so if you want to learn about Thai culture you'll get that as well. Make sure that you don't eat too much for breakfast as you will be definitely full by the end! Positives: Market visit was actually cool! Unlike the classes in the town centre, were it looked like they were parading the people taking the class, we went to a market for locals outside of town, and they explained to us the important basics about ingredients in Thai cooking. The market visit is necessary because they get fresh ingredients for the day class. Each person can cook their own dishes, unlike some other classes where the entire group has to decide on what to cook. Nancy is a great teacher and would happily respond to all the questions we asked. The food was amazing, and all cooked by ourselves with just a little help here and there. This gives me the confidence that I will be able to cook real Thai food at home (even make our own curry base) provided we find the right ingredients. It wasn't stated on the leaflet, but we did get a detailed cook book with all the recipes (essential as after 7 dishes it would be impossible to remember), information about the basic (but again very important!) ingredients and how they are paired, even with pictures if you are like me and cannot really remember what a Thai eggplant or bitter eggplant is afterwards. Water is provided, as much as we needed. Nancy even made us good coffee after the desserts! Any leftover food can be taken back to your hotel in doggie bags.

I didn't expect before going there because google rate was a bit low. But I met Nancy in the local market and she explained about ingredients so professionally. I made tom yang gai, pakapao muu, kao soi and kao niaw gap mat muang. They are all delicious and easy to make! I have experienced the thai cooking class before and both were good! Nancy's class were more freedom and time to talk with classmates. So do not hesitate to do this! You will have fun!!!!

We loved cooking with Nancy! The market visit was interesting and informative. Loved the idea of cooking in her home and we cooked 7 dishes! So much food (Nancy was impressed that we managed to eat it all)! Really recommend this experience.

Participated in the full day course and cooked 7 wonderful Thai dishes including my favorite, Khao Soi. Nancy was amazing and explained all the ingredients and paced the class nicely. We received a recipe book which included not just what we chose to make but all the dishes available in the program. There is even and option where she will book and transfer you to a massage after you are done cooking and eating.

Nancy was a great teacher and I really enjoyed her cooking class. We made 7 different Thai dishes, and the recipes can be made vegan. The pacing and structure of the class worked well, alternating between eating and cooking throughout the class. Thank you Nancy for a wonderful experience!
