Got a deal for renting 125cc bike for 2 weeks. Lots of options. She holds a passport for 1-2 days rental but because we rented for long term she agreed to keep a copy of passport.

Rosalyn is a very nice woman, but offers zero assistance when the bike breaks down. Long story short: The bike died and left me stranded 20 min from Chiang Mai. Was accused of "leaving the key on" and to find help lol. Next day, I retrieve the bike, FIXED it myself and returned it to them. Was not reimbursed for my taxi home or any of my headache. Longer version: On the way back from the Myanmar border (Mae Sai), the gauge cluster on my Yamaha MT-03 started flickering. Tach needle would reset like the start up sequence and the engine would cut off and restart sporadically. I don't need to explain how crazy this is on Thai roads. It finally died completely at 8:30 PM and I parked it at a safe spot. Hit up Rosalyn about the bike and 1st thing she says is "I think you forgot to turn the key off"...No referral for a tow company or nothing. Next day, I rent another bike and go to retrieve the POP bike where I left it. Thru some NASA level diagnostics, I find that the positive battery cable is loose. I tighten it and the bike magically starts. I call Rosalyn to tell her she can pick up the bike but she insists that I deliver the bike, because her mechanic wouldn't be able to find it. So I deliver their bike back to them and ask to be refunded my 120 Baht Uber back home after their bike died and left me stranded. I don't expect much but that was the minimum for acceptable service. Important note, avoid the MT-03 with the half a foot peg and curled up front brake lever. It's been crashed one too many times and the alignment is ****ed.

Very bad sense of business. We paid for 2 days straight but decided we wouldn’t drive on the second day, so we gave back the bikes at 9 a.m. to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for the second day. However, the owner didn’t want to refund the daily location so we fully paid for two days. This was a very bad experience we had, given the fact that you can find a bike rental in every street of the city.

Great service from Rosalyn we hired a different bike everyday( I’m a bike lover) This is an independent shop. She speaks Chinese, English, Burmese and more. Very happy and friendly lady. 10 stars out of 5

Having rented 3 bikes in the past we have had nothing but high 5s from Rosalind & crew. Smooth & easy rental agreement with suitable sized motor bikes, quick minor repair & great attitude equals a great experience.

Absolutely no problem, even got a 20% discount on the bike and the deposit was no issue. It is true that the insurance doesn’t cover almost anything, but it is like that for all the places here, so either you can live with it or just don’t rent.
