Still great place to hang out. Covid still has everyone on edge though. They keep guards at the doors and temp checks etc. Just went and saw a movie and throughly enjoyed my time there. If your itching to get out and do something, Festival is a good place to do that.

Standard Thai movie theatre so all the latest movies, snacks and service you get in Bangkok are the same as here. I love to spend a few hours here when a decent movie comes out. It is cold inside as in all Thai cinemas so take a jumper or you will be cold. My only gripe in Chiang Mai, is the length movies are out for. Films seem to be on and off quickly unless they are major showings. Good location, safe parking, easy to get food in the mall before or after the movie. Easy to use Grab taxi service if you don’t want to drive.

IMAX theater is in pretty good condition. The screen is not big, but the brightness and sound are clear. The width and height of chair is suitable. Above all, 3D glasses are very comfortable.

Good looking place, some staffs is good some ok, mostly I go here some staff not good service they didn’t care customer sometimes I shouted ‘ can you help me?’then they walked to me I go to see movie here twice a month

Amazing! 4dx was so cool! I felt like I was really there. I watched fast and furious which is very intense so it's fits 4dx. I never tried 4dx before bad it was phenomenal!

Saw my first 4D movie here. The movie was the original Matrix. The chair would move upside and down, shakes depending on the plot. They add a bit rain drops and occasionally smell for effect. Interesting experience.
