Edit #3 don’t buy a bike here! bike gear has gotten unaligned. They will break down in less than a week! Peddle gave out, came out of the axel that connects the gear and brought it back to the shop again, they are offering to “adjust it”. Tried getting a refund... yea right. Save your money , the only thing that’s worth anything is the frame, it all makes sense now... she told me 2 times the warranty is on the frame... lol a duh it’s aluminum what’s it gonna do , shatter ? Edit, store gets 0 stars if I could give. The paddles broke after one day of owning bike and I went back to bike store. They at first didnt want to replace but after saying I bought less than a day ago they offered to replace with same paddles. The owner of the shop said that “I put to much pressure on the peddles” interesting because I only drove in the city. They have “ good ones” for sale that they happily sold to me for 350 baht on top of spending the 3300 to buy the bike. If you need a bike maybe shop elsewhere, the shop doesn’t stand by its own sales, even after it being less than a couple of days Great selection of bikes very reasonable prices and the staff is very . friendly. Got a brand new bike for 3300 , free service for 3 months. Great if you need some wheels while your in town.

I have used these folks for repairs and safety gear. It's a full service and sales shop that has many quality components and new bikes for sale, as well as city bikes at reasonable prices. You'll find cheaper prices at the big box stores, but not the level of service or after sale experience.

Tires’ve gone flat all the time. Never last more than a few rides. No suggestions, no recommendations, just keep changing tires without any improvement. I’ve been changing them for several times now maybe even ten. The very first time it was 3 now it costs more. Btw, maybe it’s the road to blame idk but I’m starting to get frustrated. Stopped biking for months because both tires’d gone flat from one ride (never happened before. Both tires in one short ride!? really!? didn't happen even in 200km trip). Now back to it and still the same problem. Paid dozens of for the outer tire hoping it’d help with the problem. doesn’t seem to help at all. Gone flat in a few weeks (maybe this was better already that it’d lasted for weeks). Had it changed yesterday and just now that I checked it. Flat again. Now that I’ve calmed down. Maybe they were just unfortunate series of events. The solution is I should learn to patch my own tires.

nice bike shop in Chiang Mai downtown. They have most common parts for road bike. One lady speaks communicative english. Only thing I didn't like is fact they charge you with 4% fee if you pay cashless(mastercard in my case). I bought for 1700 THB fee 64 THB. Maybe it's standard in Thailand?
