I was in Chaiyaphum for two weeks in 2002 as a teacher volunteer for C.A.N.H.E.L.P. Thailand, an NGO that assisted Thai municipalities in teacher training for English language teaching as the National Government of Thailand was instituting English classes for all K-12 students nationwide. The group of 9 teachers were from the US, UK, and Australia and we conducted teacher training workshops for Thai school teachers.

Nice park in Chaiyaphum City, but many teenagers hanging out and I find it unsafe for woman like me to be there alone in daytime and nighttime. It's ok to jogging or cycling around in the morning and evening because there will be many local people using it.
