Phuket Ferry is OK if you have plenty of time and don't mind waiting around. The fare includes hotel pick up and drop off at the destination. In more than one occasion, we along with a dozen other passengers waited for nearly an hour before our shuttle arrived. Meanwhile, employees of Phuket Ferry were having a grand time, taking group pictures...
Easy-to-book ferry service with lots of options for getting around Thailand. Not enough passengers on the Krabi to Koh Lanta ferry so they loaded us into a bus and drove 2 hours to a local ferry crossing. Dropped each of us off at our hotels so they made it right, just don't be surprised if you don't get the ferry experience you expected. Have to print off your tickets purchased online so make sure your hotel has a printer available before booking. Departure time isn't always exact but that's to be expected. Great transportation arrangements and costs from ferry pier to hotels.
