Terrible service and not recommend to used this showroom for checking your car

Service department works professionally with good mannerisms. Spacious with enough couches for customers who have their cars checked-up provides some basic accommodation like drinks (coffee and juice), cup noodles, snacks and ice-cream while waiting for our cars. There are also some places to eat not far from the showroom (within walking distance on both side)

Terrible service. Never manage to fix even simple problems with the car. But charge for cleaning the exterior of the engine. Complete waste of money and time.

Bad service. If you take car for check up here, you will wait for a long time,minimum 2 hours, and no one take care you. Masda is good at car but very bad in after service.
