Walked in here ready to spend 50K on a mattress and 3 staff sitting around on their phones ignoring customers. For an entire 15 minutes of standing there looking around waiting for someone to serve me the staff were experts at not making eye contact. These people are world champions at ignoring customers! If you're Farang, don't come here, they hate you. Worst service I’ve ever seen. Also, the mattresses are off-brand ‘no flip’ style which seem quite poor quality for the prices being charged. I gave up and left in disgust. Seriously do not come here it's terrible

Communication was a problem, thanks God for Google translator. * If you want free delivery, you need to wait 16 days, as weekend is not working day. Paid extra 1500 to deliver to Bang Na, same day delivery...which I thought is reasonable.

We wanted to buy a ready made mattress so to be delivered to our new home asap. We have been to a few shopping malls and all of them required at least a week or more delivery time. At the end, after some negotiation with the staff (with the help of Google translate), we got there and bought everything needed for the mattress:pillow, 6pieces set of cover and duvet, mattress protector and same day delivery! Happy Day! 1star is deducted because the place is a bit difficult to get to...MRT and 10 minutes walk during a hot day or taxi with a U turn that took around 110 bahts
