This grand pagoda was built to celebrate the 60th birthday of King Rama IX. The pagoda is 60 m. tall with 8 edge. The pagoda wall is decorated by the 30 pre-historic scenes of the lord Buddha.

Pretty neat, with the visit. You do have to drive up into and pay for the national Park entrance. We rented a driver for the day, total was 4,000 Baht to take us 5 around in a can, much better than paying for a tour that had a tight time schedule.
Marvellous pagodas situated on the mountain summit. Just behind the Queen’s Pagoda there’s a lovely garden with loads of flowers. So beautiful and relaxing.
The king pagoda (temples) : Amazing atmosphere at the top the views are great and unique , Cool weather & clean and beautiful garden with a lot flowers and plants , Nice place to visit , plenty of parking spot out side but no problem to park the motorbikes entrance about 40 baht .
Really great place to visit. The king and queens pagodas are beautiful and the scenery is beautiful as well. There is a small admission fee but inside tells the story of the Buddha and the good work the late King/Queen did for Thailand.
