Do not expect any service from this place. Extremely difficult to contact their staff. At least 10 times call. Please prepare yourself to receive your parcel late if your order is shipped from this shipping.

worst logistic service i've ever faced in my entire life. never pickup a call and very slow response in LINE chat. i tried to contact them many times but never success. i was waiting for my package to be delivered and the call was always disconnected when i pickup. they never tried to call again and then mark my delivery as failed. the only thing they will give you is headache, not your parcels. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

i ordered from Lazada on 5th May and it was shipped, however I am still waiting for the delivery to me in Pattaya - tommorrow is 12 th and still no package - this means 7 days from Bangkok to Pattaya - ????
