Gas pumps all open but NO special opening offers from \PTT\ which shows how greedy government owned fuel stations are in Thailand. Not all shops open and Amazon coffee shop has a poor selection of products to purchase. 7/11 has its standard products again no special offers from opening! Not all shops built yet! I don't understand why these places cannot wait until everything is opening and then have a grand opening. There has already been an accident within the first few days of opening....PTT have zero QHSE anywhere within its business on or offshore, hence no investigation into how accident happened on first instance
