Scam company— a two hour island transfer cost me 12 hours and a whole day of my trip. I had to sit on a random island until they found enough customers to complete the journey. I ended up having to pay to get to the end of my journey because they brought me to an expensive island to sell me more things. I told them I wanted a refund for half because they didn’t complete the job and ended up just bringing me out of the way. They refused. It’s much cheaper to just find a ferry when you get to the doc. They charge so much more money online— it’s probably over triple to price to get scammed and stranded on an island

They charge additional fees which are not mentioned on the ticket. If you try and talk to them about this they just ignore jou and send you away in a very rude manner. Other people who were asking questions about the check-in were dismissed, terrible service all around. Not enough life jackets, kids (appr. 12 yo) used to carry luggage, old boat. If possible book with another ferry service!!
