If you're looking for an experience that will genuinely change your life, health and well being forever then I couldn't recommend Koh Fit enough. I spent January 2020 here, had by far the best month of my life, getting fit and focusing on personal development. The team are so friendly and helpful, you'll also meet loads of people from all over the world and work together to meet your fitness goals! Along side this, you spend your free time exploring the beauty that that the island's of Koh Samui and Koh Pha Nang have to offer. What more could you ask for! Did the one week total fitness package. Would of stayed longer if I had time. Basic accom. Great trainers and owner. Food was wonderful and healthy. Miss the meals already. Only criticism is you have to pay for water. A lot of plastic waste. A good place whether you're fit or want to transform. Do it!
Thinking back to my time here, the owner Dan and trainer Phil were very unpleasant, aggressive and rude to everybody. They completely ruined the experience. I do not recommend this place at all.
Get out my class !!! I train on my own in a free space without anybody around (see the picture) but Dan apparently one of the owner who treat people like s... doesn’t want me to use this space and the equipment. The reason is that it is too dangerous for other people around. But Mr Dan there is some way to talk to your customers that make you earn money. I can understand that you have rules but I don’t like the way you talked to me today and it was not the first time. Thanks to asking me to go train somewhere else, this is very professional from you. I will go another gym with pleasure and I already find a place where I was greeted with a smile. No respect from the management, no politeness not even a hello !!!
I signed up for the Total Fitness Retreat just before Christmas as I wanted to ensure I did not overindulge in food or alcohol this year. Well, I got everything I wanted and more. Firstly the administration staff are friendly and beyond helpful. The trainers are firm but fair. They push hard but encourage continuously. There are always modifications for exercises if you are not capable of doing some. The fitness timetable is what won me over before signing up. There is a mixture of all disciplines including a good size swimming pool for laps, if that is what is you are looking for. The food is amazing, and cafe staff are great and accommodating. The gym facilities are clean and equipment is of top quality. The packages are affordable and good value for money. My overall experience cannot be faulted. You will be well rewarded if you put in the effort. I say do it!
