We have no trapeze experience at all and decided to try a fun introductory class and it was AMAZING! Dylan and Cara did an incredible job sharing information, giving directions and encouraging us as we took the class. We arrived (wear athletic clothing that you feel comfortable moving in all directions, especially when raising your arms) and were greeted in a very friendly way. We did a stretch, warm up and history lesson on the ground before moving to the low hanging bar and trying the basic hanging and a few other moves. After putting on safety belts we went up the ladder and did our first fly through the air, it was so much fun! It starts with some simple swinging and getting your feet up to the bar. You are attached to a safety line the whole time and a great big catch net is spread below you so the apparatus is very safe. Dylan was explaining about the different types of rigging (I was curious) and was able to trace the origins of the net and talk about the different weaves and standar trapeze set ups, it was very interesting! Both Dylan and Cara are very humorous and tell lots of jokes that will keep you entertained. It is also a special treat to watch them work and to see them demonstrate the skills. Cara is a very strong and graceful trapeze artist and you can tell both of them have superb training. I highly recommend taking a class with Dylan and Cara! They are wonderful people and you will be amazed at how quickly your skills progress in a single lesson. A great thing to note is that kids as young as six can participate so it really is a very family friendly place and an awesome workout! Be prepared to have some sore muscles from the workout and also from laughing so hard! It is a great experience I encourage you to go!

Best experience ever! Clara and Dylan are highly professional, super friendly and fun. Although a take off from the platform was challenging and scary for me at first they made me feel safe and relaxed quite fast. Every single class I felt I make a progress and every single class was a great time full of jokes and laughter. Highly recommended ️
AMZING EXPERIENCE! A small group of us took an evening class. I was a little apprehensive at the start, but Dylan did a great job of calming my nerves with the perfect balance of patience, humour and professionalism. He taught us all that our full ability is unleashed with the right state of mind. We will be back for more adrenaline soon! Thanks again :)
Amazing experience in Koh Tao. I never imagined myself doing trapeze also because I have vertigo, but they were really good and made me relax and enjoy the moment. Very professional and friendly staff, and good quality videos e pictures. Thanks guys, I will definetely try it again!
