We did book an online ticket for a 12:00 departure (4 wheel car 4 passengers) because we had a plane to catch... Arrived at the pier at 11:00, they said our boat is already full and we must to wait until 14:00... Don't trust this company, they cannot manage their schedule time even when you book online !!!!
Compared to Lompraya so much cheaper. And runs always.
