Good entertainment every saturday night. Free thai boxing if you buy a drink from one of the bars around the ring, otherwise they will charge you or ask you to leave. I sat at the Honey bar and thoroughly enjoyed the night. The bars all sponsor the fighters and they come round to ask for sponsorship. Most people give them 100 Baht and they seemed happy

Friendly mix of locals and tourists in an unlikely setting, nestled in the midst of a cluster of lady bars. The Saturday boxing show starts at 22h00. 6 fights, boys, girls, men and women. Some of the boxers and referees you'll find in Chaweng. No betting, free entry, buy a 100 baht drink to secure a seat, and please sponsor 2 or 3 boxers, as this is their wages for putting on a real fight where promoters may notice them. 100 per boxer is standard practice. Still a fraction of the entry fee for the main stadiums in chaweng, for a friendly night out.

Free to visit. Saturday night is boxing night, so all the bar girls tune it down a couple of notches and usher folk to seats... Boxing starts after 10 p.m..... At some point.... Buy a couple of drinks and settle in. Boxing is a national sport, so expect to see young lads, ladies, and then men in the ring.

Muay Thai fights on Saturday nights at 10pm. The fights are geared for tourists, but are fun. Plenty of seating available. Tipping the performers is highly appreciated.

Free boxing show every Saturday night, sponsor some of the contenders, some very young, as this will be their wages for the night. Ordering a couple of drinks will secure you a seat

Every Saturday night, there is thai boxing here (muay thai). Starts at about 10pm and is free if you're drinking from the bars around the ring. Fighters each represent one of the 10 bars and walk around asking for sponsorship from the crowd - typically 100bht that you staple to the sign around their neck. Don't be that guy who shrugs and says you don't have any money - just sponsor a kid! Good fun. Probably not the most fluent and professional fighters - but interesting to watch. Would prefer if the kids were wearing head protection.
