Rented for 7 Days and because of the longer time they even gave us one of the 200 baht per day instead of the 150 baht per day without charging more. We unfortunately had a flat tire after 3 days and had to get it fixed. But they even gave us the money back for it and also told us how much we should pay max for the repair. When we gave the scooter back it was really easy and they gave us our passport immediately without really searching for scratches or anything. Their English is good as well Highly recommended

Easy to deal with and no problem getting passport back
Trustworthy place! Rented a bike for 150 baht per day, left passport as deposit. When I returned the bike she just gave it a quick glance to see whether anything was broken & gave me my passport back. Would definitely come back! Only thing is that it’s a 15 min walk from the Bangrak pier, so keep that in mind when travelling with a lot of luggage.
read this and go rent there!!! this is the most trustworthy place and the best price u can find for well maintained bikes and i will tell u why. when u rent a motorbike in thailand u want to rent it from someone u can trust on, because people can screw u up quite a bit with scratches or even more when, god forbid, accidents happen. someone bumped into my scooter, this ended up in a few things broken a few things scratched. she didnt charge me at all for small scratches and the big damaged parts where absolutely fair priced ( every price for each scooter part is already listed in the rental agreement ). i ended up paying 1050 bath. my counterpart ( other rental agency ) ended up paying 5000 bath for a scooter much less damaged than mine. i knew already that kaow is super trustworthy when i rented it, but that she is such a fair person i could have only dreamed about. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
