My friend and I took a Thai cooking lesson four years ago, and to this day I feel as though (of the two months we spent in thailand) it was one of the best experiences we had. The owners, the lesson, and the food was incredible! The fish we used for our seafood salad was caught that morning in the bay. I recommend this to anyone.

I had the best morning learning to cook Pad Thai, Green Curry and Pork Won ton soup. We started with a trip to the market to buy the freshest and best ingredients. Idjang presents her class in such an easy, sensible, logical way, I am sure I will retain all the tips and skills I learned today. B.(sorry , I ate most of the green curry before taking the picture, it was so good.)
Amazing place for a Thai cooking course. They are very friendly and the place itself is very nice. We had a very relaxed morning and enjoyed our own made lunch! Definitely go here!

I received the cooking course as a Christmas present and it was excellent! Idjang is a great chef and she made the experience very nice and delicious for us. You get to pick three courses you want to prepare from scratch, including curry paste. I can highly recommend for anyone who likes to cook and enjoys good Thai food. The restaurant offer amazing food, the wraps in particular, to eat at the location as well as with delivery!
As a chef I came to Thailand to study the food and culture. Idjang is very knowledgeable and makes delicious food. Very well spoken English as well has a wonderful sense of humor. She patiently shows you step by step and explains well. Highly recommended.
My Thai cooking class was perfect thanks to Idjang! She is very kind, will take time to explain you everything you need and the dishes are so delicious! Highly recommend!
Don't leave the Island without doing this. One of my favorite experiences. I can't wait to go home and remake the dishes she taught me to make.
