As other people wrote, it’s not really good condition but it’s cheap instead. 60THB per 1H for outdoor/100THB per 1H for indoor. For beginners and less than intermediate level, this tennis courts condition would not be big problem I think. For professionals, I can’t recommend here.

nice people, talented pros to hit with, i had a good time, older facility, but price is right. I will be back.

I like this place because of its unpolished demeanor an old tennis court area with a laid-back casual atmosphere, open air, with some courts that have covering from the Sun. Cheap and accessible no pretense here

Santisuk is a very old set of tennis courts on the backside of Sukhumvit 38. It's not pretty but the staff is nice and the location is very convenient. Courts are in need of a resurfacing but since the owners will eventually sell the property or develop an apartment complex, resurfacing is not going to happen. Still courts are cheap and #1-3 are playable although not attractive. A great deal!

I played here a couple of times on my last visit travelling solo. I hired a 'knocker' to hit with me - not lessons. The indoor courts are not well lit, and the court surface is smoother and slicker than I am used to. It is not slippery to run or change direction, but the ball seems to bounce less and it takes a little getting used to. That said, it is very inexpensive and close to BTS station. Would not hesitate to recommend, but just be wary of court conditions. If you love tennis, you won't care.
