Service 2/5 Being True Sphere this branch has a careless service. More like untrained staff where they just want you go reach them for questions. Where as Emquartier branch has the best service. Icon siam one, the lady at the entrance wait for you fo reach them also their conversation is worse and rude. The person who came to fix the promotion in the end should ask \is there anything i can do for you\. Instead he was rushing through the process hooing to escape quickly. You can remove the SPHERE coz this place looks more like a normal outlet.

True Sphere at ICONSIAM allow 1 accompany with minimum payment at 50THB. And allow only 1 accompany. Most table is set for 2. There is outdoor space (with river view) but we have to take our drink by ourself. Free drink will be hot coffee or tea or iced soft drink, iced fruit juice.
Good service. Co working space. True coffee. Nice view of Chaopraya river.
Present True member card to get privilege. Nice sofa, 2 USB ports installed per table. Welcome set come with drinking water and choice of drink. Nice staffs are in Red dress for women. I paid 150THB for a daypass (10h) but had to leave after 3h as the temperature of the ac is WAY too cold if you are sitting (even with the sweater I brought) Staff didn’t want to refund the half day I couldn’t use. Not recommended to work for longer then 1-2h good facilities and service
