Mai Song

There is so much history in the walls and it has been restored beautifully. It is a great place for photos! There is no entrance fee. When we were there, it was during COVID so a lot of the entertainment spaces were closed, otherwise I’m sure it is a great hang out spot. There is a gift shop inside, coffee shop, art exhibit, restaurant and restrooms. You can also purchase a little tablet or a ribbon to hang up for good luck. The river is at the edge of the courtyard and you can take a ferry right across the river to Chinatown for 5 baht!

Old Chinese style warehouses opens to the public for free entry It was quiet during my visit (Pandemic), but great for taking photos of the sceneries as there were not many people around There were only just a few food stores opened (not restaurants) Then a few souvenir shops Perhaps when things return to normal I will check it out again Plenty of parking

Nice space with a lot of character and Chinese heritage in Bangkok, nice cafe and food trucks, definitely instagrammable. Access through boat or the newest BTS station that is only 10 mins walking distance
