Wait in line to make an appointment to go in? So basically you wait in line to wait in another line to arrive and wait in line again? Very weird... a simple self check or appointment page would have done the job without unnecessary waiting.

Very bad customer service. One staff picked wrong film to charge me and need to correct bill but no sorry at all. I had to see 4 customer service and finish just to get iPhone 12. There is western manager but seems not care About staff doing wrong . Waiting for so long and o asked the need for waiting bill? She just answered if you don’t get this bill, you won’t get tax reduction ( it’s a fact but no sorry whatever to let me wait , and no chair for 60 min )

Not a good customer experience. Need to explain to at least three vendors in the queue what you come for, if you want to go inside. Once inside, you will have a seller assigned and cannot walk freely around. Wanted to see the watch series 6 wrist, but the vendor showed me them from an ipad ...
