Patrick and his team are true professionals and dog lovers and they deliver an impeccable service. I had to leave my 11y/o Jack Russel to his good care for over 1 month before flying him back to France as cargo. The entire process was handled super smoothly and professionally and at no point in time I had a reason to be worried for my dog.
