I arrived here at 17:00 and now it's 18:16. Been waiting for 1 hour already. It's not a convenient terminal at all.

Very big place. Food and service were ok. Not many people speak English
It's on the oposite side than the big bus station. Hidden under the highway bridge. You have to cross the main road on the overpass and go into the station. On the entrance You have a map of directions in color with ticket office building (A to D), as well as loading ramps with numbers and colors. Bangkok to Trat ticket 270 baht per person. Helpful stuff which helps with buying tickets and translating.
easy to find From Mo Chit BTS take bus no. 3 to Mo Chit Bus station cost 9 Baht. Ask at the counters (better ask 2 or 3 people ) for direction to Ayuthaiya (12 persons ) aircon van cost 60 Baht .
Super nice place, good service and ticketing. Everything well explained and on time. Highly recommended.
