I love the environment when I come here so much. All trainers and staffs are so friendly. When I get into the class, i always get taken care of the right position or right step that I should do. I love studying MhuayThai class here.

It a good place to have a taste of Muay Thai (Thai kick boxing), a unique experience. The system and organizing is good. The trainers and environment are really friendly and lax. The couse can be divide into 3 section: warm up for 30 minutes, 30 minutes of kick boxing and weight training for 30 minutes, weight training also rotate each day follow the schedule. It seem like the focus here is to lose/maintain weight than muscle building.
