Khru Aey gave me a world class introduction to Pilates and I think she's made me a Pilates practitioner for life. My workouts were waylaid for years due to old, nagging injuries, but now I am back on track and moving toward reclaiming the same degree of fitness I enjoyed all those years ago. The studio is beautiful (what I'd call the definition of \boutique fitness\) and you really can't go wrong with Aey's level of training. She knows what she's doing, and if you were ever interested in giving Pilates a try, I'd say this is definitely the place! Thanks Aey!

This studio is amazingly beautiful, with world first class pilates fitness equipments from Merrithew. The instructor is STOTT PILATES certified and highly professional. If you are looking for a challenging workout or rehabilitation, this is a good place.
