Friendly staff. Pretty fast service. Average servicing price, but need to pay extra if you want to rush the service (you have to ask for standard service though, if not, they'll instantly log the job as rush). Very limited parking.

Arrived asking about my over heating P20 and I thought it Might be a battery issue since it was not holding charge. They told me because my phone was from Hong Kong they didn't have the same parts. They told me to take it to kad suan kaew mall and I might have better luck. I had no luck there so I returned looking for them to at least connect me with HK service center # or something. Then they said oh wait maybe we have a battery for you, so I leave my phone with them until the next day when I show up at the time they told me I still had to wait 45 mins. I paid them I think over 1000 baht I can't remember exactly how much the new battery cost but when I started using my phone again none of the problems were solved. Still over heating and not holding charge. I brought it back waited again forever and they basic thew their hands in the air and said I guess it wasn't the battery afterall and offered no refund or appology. Really the worse customer service from beginning to end. Actually I wouldn't even call it customer service. Just really awful human interaction.
