Synopsis Snake

This is an actual experience with a realistic perspective from an unbiased reviewer, but feel free to take it with a grain of salt. So, you can help me add some more vinegar later. 1. Got a phone problem, call the numbers of service locations off of Huawei's official site. One day passed by, without any calls received whatsoever, so I thought it might have been the epidemic's after effect. 2. I, then, called the hotline number. An agent replied to my call with outstanding script and manner. Summarily, he'll forward for the repair center to call me back. 3. A repair technician called me one day after, said he doesn't have the part in stock. 1 week minimum wait time for the part, then he'll call me once the part arrived. 4. The rep from the hotline called to follow-up, I told him the situation, then asked him if any other locations might have the part needed for the repair. He reluctantly concluded that their inventory system is interconnected, and the parts in stocks are certainly validated. Rather disappointed, but 5. I happened to come by this service location one day after #4, repeated the process of describing my device's problem. The technician who received my case simplified all that, and told me that they shall work on my device immediately for me to receive it back in just a few hours, hassle-free with discounts for the repair costs, as their service campaign promotional is current. 6. I said yes right there, and then. After only a couple of hours, everything has become great & my life is enable again. I, hereby, endorse your excellent service. What an outstanding services experience! Thanks Huawei-! Keep it up, and I shall support your lasting value to evermore-!
