Received a package and nobody calls to inform us about the taxes to be paid. They just show up and tell us to pay without any explanation of the amount. And of course, no \sorry\ and no customer service comprehension....really angry.
Booked a pickup in the morning for following afternoon delivery. TNT didn't pick up until the evening and pushed my delivery time until the following day on a time sensitive document even tho we paid for express delivery.
