Beautiful condominium complex located within footsteps of the MRT. Higher level condos have stunning views of Bangkok day or night. Highly secure. Two different pool facilities one spectacular rooftop pool and the other pool a large green area with a comfortable workout location.

Lived there for 2 years. Rent is cheap is venue is really nice and quiet. It is located a bit far from downtown but MRT is right at the exit of the condo. Juristic was efficient compared to other places i’ve been to. Would recommend it.
Rhythm Ratchada Condo has a very bad SEWAGE PROBLEM due to which we had to vacate the ROOM 558 / 235 where only after shifting within 2-3 days we got to know that washroom stinks badly due to sewage smell which comes up to washroom. The owner of 558/ 235 who is K.Vallee as well as Bangkok Residence agent K.Narr Dear both did not let us know about the bad Sewage problem in room and cheated us. The management is also very well aware about problem but they could NOT RESOLVE ISSUE even after multiple attempt. K.Vallee did not pay back security of 60,000 Baht even after knowing how bad the sewage problem affected in Rhythm rooms as we had to vacate early because we could not risk our health. THIS REVIEW IS ESPECIALLY FOR ALL THE INNOCENT RENTERS (specifically my experience in Room 558 / 235 ) please do not get cheated by owner K.Vallee and lose your money and compromise your health. Thanks for your attention !
Great place to live
Enjoyed staying here ,nice place with all facilities.Shops for food 7/11 and so on.Specially the metro station is very close to Rhythm Rat chada.
