Such a special experience with Lin. One of our top experiences in Chiang Mai.
One of the only Lanna (northern Thai) cooking schools in Chiang Mai. It was an amazing experience, from shopping for our ingredients to making all of the dishes from scratch. Our instructor was patient and explained every step clearly. The food turned out incredible, which is great given how elementary my cooking skills are. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Chiang Mai to take a class here.
Everything about our experience with Love Chaing Mai was exceptional! Lin and Rain and picked us up from our hotel, and took us to the local food market to purchase the ingredients for our food choices, educating us on Thai food. After the market, we drove back to Lin's home, and toured her organic garden. We chose Lanna, and cooked in clay pots on charcoal stoves. Our favorite food is Thai curry, and learned so much through the complete process of making curry paste from scratch! And the food was AMAZING!!! Lin's team was so kind, you really felt like you were cooking with family. The environment was so private and intimate, unlike any other experience we had in Thailand. I honestly believe it would be a major mistake for anyone not to book a private class with Lin if you are in Chaing Mai!! It was absolutely the BEST! Thank you Lin!
