Dont go if you want to stay sane. Had my bumper and back censors fixed there. They told me it would take 10 days. Day 7: i called them up to ask for progress, they asked for 2 more days (in addition to the 10 days). 11th day: I called and they confirmed the car's done. When i arrived, my car hasnt been fixed yet and with additional dirt all over. In other words, they havent touched my car yet. They said wait a bit and they will get it fixed......ended waiting 3-4 hours. They installed the bumper but it was still missing the bottom part and new censors. They said i have to wait a few days for the parts to arrive. They told me several times before i left that the 2 parts still missing are the lower part of the bumper and the censors. They said they'd call me when the parts arrive so i took the car home. I waited for a month....no call from them so I called them. They said they tried to contact me ONCE but no one answered (apparently it was my fault for not answering that one call and not knowing that it was their number). They said the parts have arrived and it would take a short time to do. When i arrived today, they said the censors havent arrived and for me to go back again next time. I said 'no' then the manager gets tangled in a web of lies that he and his staff keeps coming up with. Everytime we counter-argue the things he says, he comes up with a new lie and confuses himself. So today, the bumper is complete but still using the old censors. I'm willing to forgo the new censors to keep myself from getting high blood pressure and going crazy just because some people cant do their jobs properly. They absolutely have no respect for the customer's time and trust in the brand.
