went on an excursion underwater, right ear plugged up something fierce. walked in to this clinic for some help. saw a dr within 5 minutes and they fixed my ear within another ten minutes. all together about 20 minutes total. paid 1700 baht and everyone was super awesome and helpful. the clinic it’s self was super clean, everything they used on me was brand new (they literally charge you for everything, gauze, syringes, and even medical tape) don’t hesitate if you need some first aid or medical help they were absolutely wonderful.

We were taken to this medical centre by our hotel after my wife fell down loose steps some 1.5m. She hit her head, back, arms and buttocks. Her head had a mountain of a lump despite applying ice at the hotel. The staff didn't examine her or ask any questions about the accident, where it hurt, didn't even to check her vision, balance, memory, as she could have been concussed. The doctor didn't attend to her, the nurse merely said my wife was ok. When my wife remarked to the nurse \how could she know you didn't even take an xray\, they decided to take her to another clinic (with a nurse that spoke reasonable English) for an Xray. As far as we were aware only the young orderly who took the Xray looked at them. When we arrived back at this clinic they promptly discharged my wife and handed us a bill, the equivalent of 200. They gave my wife dicloxacillin 500 to take for her sore head. I looked it up on the internet and ask our friend who's a nurse in NZ, it's an antibiotic for bacteria, Pneumonia or bronchitis. Obviously not something my wife needed, so she didn't take them. Next day my wife's buttock was almost black, a bruise the size of a football. The back of her ribs were bruised as was her arm and wrist. She was very sore. We would not want a foreigner to go through such unprofessional and unconcerned treatment, thus I write this damming review.
Do not go to this clinic if you do not want to die! You also pay very expensively for FAKE doctors and FAKE nurses.
Gf sprained her ankle went to clinic to out rule any fracture. Was seen to fairly quickly within 30 mins. Got an xray and there was no fracture doctor suggested a cast for a sprain. Took 45 mins to get the \cast\ and In the mean time the doctor and nurse had to call someone for advise. He then wanted to prescribe painkillers and anti-inflammatory. We refused the painkillers and said yes to the anti-inflammatory because she had some swelling. Went to pay and they gave 4 different anti-inflammatory tablets and muscle relaxers and an anti-inflammatory gel, all just to charge extra. At payment it was 16000 bt. They wanted it in cash. We told them we had insurance. They said to pay now and claim later. We contacted our insurance and they said they will pay the clinic straight away. Gave the insurance the clinics info. They sent the email to the clinic within 5 mins. The clinic took her passport and wouldn't return it. It was 2 hours before they would let us go after she was finished
Such a terrible experience!!! They charge you like crazy and doctor doesn’t really care, doctor saying let’s do x-ray (which was around 45usd) costs extra for saying thay 30usd and after i did x-ray doctor just left and we waited few hoursss and still didn’t come and when finally they called the doctor, he said he will come after 9pm at 6pm when we were there... and on top of that they have extra charge after 9 on the consultation (45usd) excluding medicine and etc.. I do not recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional stuff and doctors, wasted my time and money. There are a lot of ther hospitals nearby, it’s not worth here.
