We needed some documents Notarising for legal purposes back in the UK. My wife phoned to enquire and he came round to the house two hours later that morning. Aphiwat is extremely friendly, courteous and professional, and he speaks English very, very well. Would certainly recommend Aphiwat Law if you require Notary Public, or other, legal services. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Aphiwat Law in future for legal requirements. Very, very highly recommended.
Aphiwat is very knowledgeable in the area I needed help with and we met at a café to talk. I didn't end up hiring him but that was for other reasons. But if I need any legal assistance in Chiang Mai, I know who to call. Speaks great English and is very friendly and professional. Would recommend.
People don’t usually like to hire lawyers as it often is the result of a lawsuit. But when it’s necessary you definitely want a good lawyer. I hired Aphiwat to handle a lawsuit on behalf of our company to get a refundable deposit back when a contract fell through and the counterparty wasn’t very cooperative. We had previously been working with a well known firm recommended by a friend on the board of a public company. I was much more satisfied with Aphiwat’s quality service and results. After the case was settled in our favor, I had the opportunity to work with him again in having research and a legal opinion presented to our company. My company hired three firms and Aphiwat’s work was on par with (arguable better than) that of the large international law firms claiming to be the authority on the sector. He is now our go to Thai counsel and I highly recommend him.
