I have my very first wetsuit here. With the information they provided after asking me a few questions, no doubt I had it made here. A staff focused on sorting out problems you have/may have with your current wetsuit that led you to them. They have more choices of material to serve each one's purpose. Price is not cheap, but the final product meets my need. Material is premium quality that you can tell when you use it. I have been using it since I was first in diving. Now I have more than 500 dives, the suit is pretty much as thick as its first made. Thanks a bunch.

I had my wetsuits repaired and altered here. It looks like new when they returned it. Neat work. Fits perfectly after the alteration.
When I first entered Docktown, I had no idea that I will leave with such an amazing and life-long adventure. As for the professional part, Docktown works with a special Japanese material which makes their products basically unbreakable. I have never had high quality product like this in my life beofre, and let me tell you I was using their wetsuit EVERY DAY for YEARS. As for the professional part, the craftsman will first consult you in what type of product do you want, and will customize the suit or product for you according to your specialized wishes. Then if needed, your measurements will be taken and the making will begin. Before finalising the product you will be asked to try it on, to make sure everything fits. And all this for a VERY DECENT PRICE. I have never had any complaint on my wetsuit and surely I have never had a better product, and since back then I was a very busy dive professional, I had to make sure I am wearing a trustable product. I can recommend Docktown to those who are looking for something personal, very high quality, professional, and a decent price. You will NOT regret it. As for other parts I must mention that Doctown is not just one of the most professional wetsuit makers out there, but also one of the best people with a golden heart I have ever met. In the beginning it seems to be very professional. Untill the nature of the business changes totally. After ordering 2 wetsuits, without any timeframe on delivery. No information regarding it, from the company's sales representative either. The project of making custom made was cancelled! Several phone calls, promises from the sales representative not being followed and a clear impression that the makings of the wetsuits had no priority! Due to the company has enough business in this Corona time made it clear that a cancellation was more useful, than being patient. With the negligence of informing a customer properly it was a utterly disappoint to waste time for two people, making measurements and being stressed for taking up the company's time. Even several times, tried to reach in opening hour's, but come to closed doors! Good explanation, every time for reasons. Showing off design on products, doesn't help, when you're not able to deliver! Strangely enough, to make design on a computer takes only 10-15 minutes!
