Very fast and efficient. Make sure to bring the following: a passport sized picture of yourself, photocopies of every page in your passport that has a stamp on it, a photocopy of your departure card, your own passport (obviously), and 1900 baht. You fill out the TM.7 form that's provided at the office and hand all that stuff in to them, get your picture taken by their computer software, and you're finished. In and out in a half hour.

Very Professional , efficient, fast, and polite. We (US passport holders) got our 30 day free entry stamp extended for 30 days here. 1900ThB/person. You need: Completed TM.7 form A passport sized photo. Photocopies of your: 1.passport photo page, 2. visa or entry stamp page, 3.your departure card. Cash, 1900 (Note: We visited this office 3 days before our 30 days was up. They extended our stay for 30 days beyond our original 30 days (60 days total).
Easy to get to the general area but slightly difficult to spot where the office is from the road once you get there. More importantly I was in and out in 20 minutes for a visa extension, as opposed to it taking all day in Pattaya or Phuket, so much better. Staff also friendly.
