Very bad service. did absolutely nothing but charged for it. Manager could not care less. Ended up taking them to consumer court and won. No shame what so ever. Top car might want to think about replacing the manager as this one clearly is not doing a very good job. Sales is no different, clueless staff, ford website shows one thing, they claim totally different.
I went for standard service last monday and I was told to replace many parts including water pump due to water leakage, valves cover due to oil leakage, 3 sensors, and some other profiles and wiper blades for a value of 37k baht (when my Fiesta is not worth 150k); I then asked to go ahead only with whatever was strictly necessary to replace in order to run the vehicle without problems, and the list reduced to a price of 24k; I had to leave the vehicle in the workshop for 5 days until friday to allow parts arrival and their replacement; went to collect the vehicle on friday and I was told that after replacing all the parts they realized that \there is also an oil leakage from the oil cup\ ..furthermore while checking with the mechanic the replaced parts, I understood that the valves cover and the 3 sensors were actually ok, and that only the o-rings and the gasket were to be replaced ...but apparently Ford doesn't allow replacement of those seals separately !!!!???? ..this statement from the Manager to support the fact that I was basically forced to spend 10k instead of 100 baht.. (..so now how can I believe that the oil leakage was really from the valves cover and not only from the oil cup?); to conclude I lost the car 5 days, I spent 30k including the standard service and.. the car is still leaking oil as before!! My strong advice is to stay away from this place...
Coming to 3 years now everything still good and I love it I service ok only car washing not good
The worst service I've ever met. Diagnostics are done incorrectly, and huge sums are also called. The car was 1.5 months in their service, but in the end they did nothing. The manager is brazenly talking. be careful cheating. Awful!
