Read good things about the course so decided to give it a try. Driving into the gate first impression was that it may be a decent choice. As I drove into the building/bag drop off all anticipation evaporated and replaced with dark clouds. I knew it would be third rate muni course at best when I saw the attendant lying on the steps. I was not disappointed with my assessment. Building and locker room were in disarray. Who appears to be the starter sitting in the shade on a table didn't pay much attention to me though I looked lost at what/where to go. Course, though dry, was not in terrible shape. Some holes were interesting to play until I ran into 6 players playing together who refused to let me pass... a bit of management of staff and facilities can improve this course to be a good but a gem but alas it is hard times for all...

Always like playing there. Laid back and casual. Friendly caddies. Can drive on the fairways.
Recommend a game here, club house is under repair but besides that a nice course.
While it is a nice course the entire facility suffers from poor maintenance. Greens generally in good shape. Caddies are pleasant and helpful. It's not all bad.
Mountain Shadow Golf Club rated 3-1/2 stars: Literally in the shadow of a jungle-clad ridge of hills, this is a well laid out and very pleasant golf course. But its also one that will test your accuracy from the tee and quality of approach work, like few others in the greater Bangkok area. With palms and other tree varieties narrowing the holes down on many occasions, the gently rolling fairways are as tight as you will experience in these parts.
