Hospital with top equipments and the same doctors you can see in private hospitals. If you can understand waiting for the doctor, it is not acceptable to wait for an hour to get the new appointement from the nurses. This system is really not in accordance with the high tech image of BUH. Why a nurse need more time to enter an appointment in a computer than a doctor to consult a patient?

The receptionist man is so rude and no welcome to people who look poorly. He was busying on his phone, playing a game when I asked him some information. He looked at me from head to toe and asked \ Do you have money?\. Really? he acted like I was asking for free treatments, I feel so sorry for this hospital to have such a bad employee like this. I will never go back to this hospital again because of the receptionist.
