This place should not be considered a hospital. They cover minor problems, I think they do stitches. They are currently changing dressings on a wound for me. English is not omnipresent so if you cannot speak Thai you might be better off at Suranaree Hospital or St. Mary's in Nakorn Ratchasima, or maybe The Choke Chai Hospital (I am not familiar with the level of English there). They do bill themselves as international. The English at Suranaree was as good as I have experienced in Isaan. I have always received good treatment at this clinic in Dankwian. I do not have a problem speaking Thai and it does help. Everyone has been nice. It is inexpensive enough that I feel guilty when I leave.
