I have used their service many times but was told by their staff yesterday that only customers with Thai ID cards and now allowed to use their service, which is an effective ban on all foreigners. I will never use there service again even if they accept foreigners again in the future. There's no place for xenophobia - shame on you guys.

Great bus service I ever had. Electric chair includes massage feature, nearly 180 degree for sleeping ; TV, Movie, food and drinks. Reasonable price. Bus speed is not over 90 km/hr as law of transportation
This been the best bus ride i ever had in my stay in Thailand, Amenities includes, USB charging, back massage, sleeping seats, head phones, Movies, Music, Food, snacks and best part its quiet inside the Bus, I highly recommend this to everyone.
A lot better than I expected, last 2 days I went to mochit2 bus terminal, it was suck. There is no waiting room and we all had to stand or sit on the floor with no air con. But at this NCA bus terminal, it is beyond my expectation, very good, such a good first impression. Even though a lot of people, but sooner or later you can get a seat :) stuff are also nice to me, I ask her about the ticket, she annswered me with kindness and smile :)
