Famous name in Bangkok as Mo Chit Bus Terminal (you can get there by BTS) is the biggest bus station in Bangkok connecting the Northern, Central, Eastern and North-Eastern provinces of the city, as well as linking the city to neighboring countries. Also known as the Northern Bus Terminal or Chatuchak, the Mo Chit Bus Terminal is primarily operated by the Government Transport Company as well as many different private bus companies. You can not only take a bus to Thailand's provinces including Phuket, Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, Uttaradit, Lampang, Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai plus many more from here, but you can travel as far as Cambodia and Laos from this station. The waiting room is good but the bus area is not really clean. So many people offer taxi and keep asking & follow you when you arrive to this terminal. It has 3 level for ticketing service, i think it is separated based on province or area.
Quiet but not rain and sunshine
Convenient but most facilities are mostly dirty as expected.
You're able to get help from those working at the terminal in minimal English. Helpful. The New Van Terminal is across the street, cross over the bridge.
