Of all 5 gates, I like this one most. Or I should say I like its food stalls on the opposite most.
Walked the perimeter of the old city starting here and stopped for lunch an beer after doing the 6 klm walk around. The coldest beer I have had in Thailand, lunch was excellent. If you are in the area of the northern gate try it.They have a small pool table and the sun is at your back so cool to sit and watch world go by. If you are an Aussie or Kiwi come here. You will enjoy.
