Good for kids
Customer service and knowledge of diving was above and beyond what I expected, even after reading the great reviews. There was a issue with fins running large, so Gregg, the owner, gave me his diving/wet suit socks so my fins would fit better while his fins fit loose. Gregg found me a diving hood also, to help keep water out of my ears, and it work perfectly. The boat we rented provided mask, so my wife dealt with water quickly pouring in. Gregg quickly realized this and switched masks with her while out on the dive, and he dealt with it. Shocked by their level of care and concern to ensure we had a wonderful experience. I felt very safe with them as we went underwater. They were immediately next to us the entire dive. It helps that they focus on small groups instead of large groups like other companies. You definitely get what you pay for. We even had dinner afterwards with Gregg and his wife.

I had fab time with Greg on King Cruiser day dive trip. It was easy to book and organise. Plus Greg was a great company on the boat. I was very well looked after and I’d be more than happy to go with SAA again! Must say, the equipment was top notch and as good as new, from bcd, regs to fins and wet suit. You also get a dive computer included in the price, which was a very pleasant surprise. This makes a big difference, having dived a few times in Thailand, usually the equipment has seen better days.
My husband and I were the only two diving with Gregg and his wife. Im glad our group was small because the other groups sharing the boat were large with one instructor. I had a hard time my first time, but Gregg physically stayed next to me the whole time. I felt bad because my husband didnt get time with Him, but Gregg saw that He didnt need help, so Gregg refused to leave my side. Besides, Gregg’s wife was watching my husband, and she has over 70 dives, so apparently He was in good hands. I dont think i would’ve done the second dive if Gregg didnt keep helping me like he did, which wouldnt happen on a larger group dive. So many times I wanted to go to surface to reset, but Gregg fixed the issue while underwater, like reminding me to counter the pressure in my ears. Whenever I had a small issue, Gregg was already starting to fix it right as I turned to Him looking for help. He must have been watching me like a hawk and must be able to read body language very well. He seemed so excited when i got the hang of it the second dive. So many thumbs up and encouragement while underwater. Felt so safe. He kept pointing out pretty fish too that I had overlooked Also, I didnt bring a shirt, and His wife, Tammy, had one, which she loaned me so I wouldnt get sunburned in the clear shallow water. If you're in Phuket and looking to do some diving then Siam Aquatic Adventures is THE place for you! Extremely good service from very friendly and helpful people. I mean you know that Thai people are customer friendly, but staff in SAA are something different. Amazing service. They make you feel relaxed and if you're a beginner they are very patient to teach you everything you need to know. A lot of different services for small or large groups. The prices are not high like in other competitive companies with lesser quality service. You'd pay between 3000-5000 TBH for two dives (depending if its a beach or a boat dive and where you take them). Been there once and next time we are in Phuket we are without a doubt coming back to do some diving for fun and I'd probably try to get my license there too! Highly recommended!
