These are in order to demonstrate the learning and manage it into a course to propagate, improve its taste and method to become modern, speedy, easy, and convenience with higher of standard. In order to preserving Thai dessert for our Thai future generation to see and taste, Professor Janthira had decided to establish “Thai Dessert Preservation Project” on 16th of November, 1987. Moreover, she is the initiator of Thai dessert recipe from our predecessors and coordinated with the process of searching for tips and other tastes of Thai dessert founded from temple, villager, teacher, professor and intellectual from trading Thai dessert occupation in order to propagate, improve its taste and method to become modern, speedy, easy, and convenience with higher of standard.
