DI Designs Corporation Limited is an integrated architectural design firm dedicated to improving quality of life through behavioral insights and technological and design innovations while ensuring the sustainable use of resources. Our expertise covers master plans, architectural design, interior design, landscape design, and design consulting. The company offers extensive experience drawn from numerous projects in Southeast Asia and China including educational buildings, residential estates, manufacturing facilities, and community structures. DI Designs'​ long-term collaborators include its sister company Magnolia Quality Development Company Limited (MQDC), the property development subsidiary of DTGO. MQDC is known for developing properties where holistic innovations are applied based on a thorough understanding of technology, human needs, sustainability, and the balance of nature. At the Thailand Property Awards 2016, Whizdom 101-Essence Sukhumvit was commended for Best Retail Architectural Design and Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra won in the Best High-Rise Affordable Condo Development (Bangkok) category. At the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2016-17 in Kuala Lumpur in March, Whizdom 101-Essence Sukhumvit won in the Best Mixed-Use Development Thailand category. Di Designs also contributed to the design concept of MQDC’s award-winning Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, a stunning high-rise tower in Bangkok’s central business district that includes super-luxury condominiums and the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Another notable mixed-use project carried out in collaboration with MQDC was the architecture, interior, and landscape design of the luxurious villas at Magnolias French Country Khao Yai and the neighboring five-star U Hotel Khao Yai. The most ambitious large-scale project that the company has designed from outset through to completion is Charoen Pokaphan Leadership Institute, a 100,000-square-meter educational property in Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima province. Di Designs worked on the master plan and extensively remodeled the original design to incorporate innovations and ideas that make the premises healthier and more comfortable and energy efficient. The company increasingly helps its clients embrace international technical and environmental standards such as Green Factory and LEED. DI Designs is one of the first companies in Thailand to adopt the REVIT Architecture design program, which helps achieve accurate architectural designs, with functions to accommodate building information modeling (BIM) and workflow, resulting in more accurate and cost-effective outcomes. In keeping with DTGO’s corporate philosophy of integrating business and social considerations, DI Designs is contributing to the Thai government initiative to develop sustainable communities along the Ladprao-Bang Sue canal in Bangkok's Huai Khwang district. DI Designs work closely with the Huai Khwang District Office’s working committee, which gathers volunteer architects and representatives of the community, the education sector, government, and business to find and implement ways to improve housing along the canal. The master plans propose establishing new routes for public transportation, including express boats, and building concrete walkways that could spur tourism and benefit local communities. DI Designs’ efforts in the project’s master plan have been recognized by the Holcim Awards 2014 and serve as a prototype for the government to redevelop other canal communities.
