I LOVE IT! My experience here was superbly amazing. I enjoyed our first visit. Such delicate food choices, sumptuously delicious. I must say, this place is much recommended by yours truly. The cozy ambience and friendly staff that complete the service package more than ever. They serve with their best. Majority of the staff I spoke with can speak good english, no doubt, it's a five star hotel restaurant. You should try a visit here if you haven't tried. Friday Saturday buffet have many choice international buffet with good quality and tasty
Buffet was decent, but lacked the range of dishes compared to some of the other hotel buffet options in Bangkok. Service staff were friendly and attentive and the free-flow drinks is good value. Nice setting, with indoor and outdoor seating by the river.
This place is within the Chatrium Hotel by the river. Beautifully decorated and with live music. Perfect for a nice romantic meal sitting by the river. The restaurant offers a la carte menu and buffet. I would go for the buffet. Like most of the buffets in South East Asia, they offer a small selection of food from all over the world, Thai, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, steak and grill and a seafood section. Food is above par! Initially the service was poor as we were sitting at the corner and the lack of attention from the waiting staff prompted me to make a complaint (I rarely make a complaint), the manager Mr Porksak really took it on board and thanked me for my feedback. You can tell he is genuinely sorry for the poor or rather lack of service and he took it upon himself to serve us for the rest of the evening. Things can go wrong and it’s silly to expect everything is perfect all the time, but what counts is their effort to make things right! For that I could not fault Mr Porksak for even a little bit. The evening was enjoyable for me and my guest and I have a lot to thank Mr Porksak for. Food 8/10, ambience 9/10, service 9/10, value for money 9/10. A real gem.
