Clean, well-maintained place. The security guards are very polite. The staff assigned in the pool can speak in English but a little strict. The infinity edge pool is amazing. All in all, satisfied!!!!

I stayed at Plum Condo Phase 2 when I first arrived in Thailand and enjoyed my stay very much. I left for a couple of days and went to Hua Hin with my significant other and planned to stay at Plum again when I returned. I ended up booking online through Agoda and was sent a confirmation email on Wednesday stating that I had secured a room with Plum Phase 1, as Phase 2 was fully booked. I arrived back from Hua Hin on Thursday and was told that my room had already been booked to someone else. They had already processed my payment though, which made no sense to me. They were also fully booked at this point, which left me with nowhere to go. I had budgeted the money for my trip in Thailand, so I had to borrow money from someone in order to find a last minute hotel. I was able to secure a refund after speaking with Agoda and then Agoda speaking to the property, but it was very time consuming and as you know, refunds are not immediate anyway. I had limited time while I was in Thailand and the last thing I wanted to spend my time doing was trying to find a last minute hotel and being out over 200. I really liked my stay the first time, but they showed me that they are not dependable. How I can book a room and get a confirmation email just to have that same room booked to someone else the following day is beyond me. It really messed up my next two days there, as I couldn't find an available (decent) hotel close to where I wanted to be. Very unpleasant experience. I would like to clarify as well, that this was definitely a problem with Plum and their actions. Agoda did everything well on their end.
